Tasks and activities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope;
• Collaborate closely with project management, lead engineers, system engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and resource requirements;
• Assess and analyze resource allocation, providing accurate workforce planning to optimize the use of available resources across projects;
• Act as a point of contact between project managers, team members, and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and information exchange;
• Regularly review and update project plans to reflect changes in project scope, priorities, and resource availability;
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, delays, or other issues affecting project progress, and work with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies;
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring these are taken into account in project planning and execution;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning processes and tools, leveraging your expertise and experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to project managers, line managers, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and visibility of project status;
• Support the growth and development of the Center of Competence (CoC) for data centers by helping to define and shape the role of Project Planner within the organization.

Job requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in project planning, preferably in an international project environment;
• Profound knowledge of planning software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar;
• Precise and positively critical approach to work, ensuring high quality and attention to detail;
• Proactive, with an ownership mindset, demonstrating the ability to take responsibility for tasks and outcomes;
• Flexible working attitude, hands-on, and result-driven, adapting to changing project requirements and environments;
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas and information effectively to diverse stakeholders;
• Stress-resistant and able to thrive in a hectic project environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with basic Dutch proficiency or willingness to learn;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as project management, engineering, or business administration (preferred, but not mandatory).

Employment conditions

• A permanent job;
• €4,900 - €5,100 gross salary;
