Vacature Instrumentation Lead Designer

Dosign is looking for an instrumentation Lead Designer with proven leadership skills and good technical design knowledge, to also be capable of doing field surveys independently. The work location is both in office (The Hague) and on client's site in the Botlek area.

The position is initially for a minimum of six months. This could be extended or lead to a permanent position.

Wat ga je doen als Instrumentation Lead Designer?

• Producing field instrument design deliverables;
• Development of high level design (FEED) and detailed design of instrumentation and constrol systems;
• Collaborate with project teams, other technical disciplines, clients and vendors.

Wat neem je mee?

• Knowledge / understanding of control systems and field instruments;
• Experience in the Oil&Gas / Refinery industry;
• Experienced in FEED, basic and detail design;
• Experience with instrument databases / datacentric work approach e.g. SPI;
• Strong communicator and collaborater within project teams and towards clients and vendors;
• Experience in cooperation and work delegation with remote offices (work sharing concept);
• Clear communication in the English language, both verbal and in writing;
• Understanding in Budget control, Schedule Milestone and Change control;
• Demonstrating good leadership skills in demarcated tasks;
• 8+ years experience in the areas of ICS field instrument design;
• Relevant experiences should include Lead experience on the larger projects;
• You are located in the Netherlands and/or have a valid work permit in the Netherlands.
