About the vacancy

Are you or do you know a senior with knowledge about Instrumentation? Are you an expert in the instrumentation field and are you not afraid to run multiple projects at once? Then you should apply for the position of sr. / lead Instrumentation Engineer!

Our client has a need for candidates with knowledge on Instrumentation & Control Systems. You are someone who develops the ideas and converts them into basic engineering and/or detail engineering. One time you work together with implementation and the other time you do a study for a client. In this role you must therefore be able to switch between different engineering projects, be strong in setting priorities and be able to lead your team to success.

Our client is a major player in technology. As installers, they are represented in, among other things, asset management, energy transition, engineering, building installations, ICT, industrial maintenance and management, industrial projects, infrastructure and mobility, inspections, machine construction, mobile networks, wet infrastructure and public lighting.

Tasks and activities

• You have knowledge of control systems such as PLC and DCS;
• You understand what SIL and ATEX mean and can apply it;
• Experience in specifying field instrumentation (pressure, temperature, flow, level, valves);
• Experience in preparing the following documents, among others: Instrument Index, Cable block diagrams, Cable lists, Functional descriptions, Work description, Loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, Cause & Effect diagram, Overall connection diagrams. P&IDs, I/O Allocation List, Layouts, Datasheets.
