Project-based assignment of engineering staff

For a certain period of time or on a project basis, you task a highly trained engineer who is and remains an employee of Dosign. 

When do you choose this solution?

Project-based assignment of engineering professionals offers a solution if you want to temporarily have extra knowledge and/or capacity at your disposal. Changing budgets and varying (qualitative and quantitative) personnel requirements are the starting point. This has to be adequately addressed. You do not have the intention to hire the staff member.

Attracting

Permanent staff through temporary assignment

Dosign search and select the best engineer for your vacancy and assign them for 1 year. You can then take over the employee free of charge. 

When do you choose this solution?

Our assignment formula (´detavast´) is the best solution if you want to commit a permanent employee with the greatest possible certainty beforehand.

Your benefits

  • The assignment term of 1,700 hours can be flexibly arranged. This creates a solid trial period.
  • The takeover (joining you) after 1,700 hours is free of charge.
  • The quality of the entire process is guaranteed (30 days `no cure, no pay´); if the assignment is terminated after 1,700 hours (by you or by the staff member), you will receive a € 3,000 refund.

What else you can expect

  • If desired, we can provide specific training.
  • We give you a realistic picture of the employee with objective evaluations.
  • Of course, we take your employment conditions as a starting point.

Consultancy

Tasking a Dosign consultant on a flexible and temporary basis: a highly skilled engineer with several years of experience in one or more technical disciplines.

With a Dosign Consultant you also acquire knowledge not (sufficiently) present in your organisation. For example, for the execution of a specialist project or for the introduction and implementation of new production processes.

Recruiting and training of

Young bachelors

You task a dual student, who is following a four-year study & work path in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial automation via Dosign. The dual Dosigner studies 10 hours and works 28 hours a week in your company. The mutual intention is that the engineering graduate will be employed by you free of charge after four years.

When do you choose this solution?

Recruiting and training young Bachelors is an excellent option for companies who want to strengthen their organisation in the basics with young technical talent.

Your benefits

  • You task a motivated engineer who immediately puts current theory into practice.
  • Dosign provide and pay for additional training and education.
  • At the end of the programme you will have a young employee with four years of relevant work experience.

What else you can expect

  • Additional specific training in maths, physics and/or 3D CAD.
  • We monitor the study results and progress at the workplace.
  • We take care of the contacts and contracts with the universities of applied sciences and supervise the personal development and action plan (PDP/PAP)

Tasking part-time

Student engineers

Assignment of technical students from TU Delft, Eindhoven and Enschede. Flexible use of the analytical power of students (minimum third year students) for eight to sixteen hours per week. More hours are available during the holiday period.

Students have a high, up-to-date level of knowledge and a fresh view on technology. This makes students specifically suitable for complex technical projects, research assignments and the analysis of business processes. But also for laying the foundations for possible future collaboration.

Structuring the assignment of

Freelancers

We connect your company with ambitious, independent freelancers to carry out challenging projects. In doing so, we unburden you of all your concerns.

When do you choose this solution?

With a freelancer via Dosign, you obtain knowledge and capacity in a flexible way. Moreover, you meet all the requirements of the supervisory authorities. Because Dosign act as a contract partner, you can never be considered an employer. This prevents the tasking of the freelancer from being seen as a hidden employment. So you do not have to worry about fines or additional taxes from the Tax and Customs Administration.

Highly skilled Migrants

Recruitment, selection and assignment of international engineers for both permanent (`detavast´) and temporary (minimum 1 year) appointments. Dosign act as an all-in service provider.

When do you choose this solution?

Through Dosign you have access to an international network of highly educated, ambitious engineers with several years of experience. This offers a solution if you cannot find a suitable candidate on the Dutch labour market.

  • Extensive screening including interviews via teleconferencing, testing and reference checks;
