Project-based assignment of engineering staff

For a certain period of time or on a project basis, you task a highly trained engineer who is and remains an employee of Dosign. 

When do you choose this solution?

Project-based assignment of engineering professionals offers a solution if you want to temporarily have extra knowledge and/or capacity at your disposal. Changing budgets and varying (qualitative and quantitative) personnel requirements are the starting point. This has to be adequately addressed. You do not have the intention to hire the staff member.

Your benefits

  • You determine the duration of the assignment and the flexibility of the contract.
  • This can also be done over a longer period.
  • The quality of the delivered work is guaranteed; 30 days `no cure, no pay´.

Attracting

Permanent staff through temporary assignment

Dosign search and select the best engineer for your vacancy and assign them for 1,700 hours. You can then take over the employee free of charge. 

When do you choose this solution?

Our assignment formula (´detavast´) is the best solution if you want to commit a permanent employee with the greatest possible certainty beforehand.

Your benefits

  • The assignment term of 1,700 hours can be flexibly arranged. This creates a solid trial period.
  • The takeover (joining you) after 1,700 hours is free of charge.
  • The quality of the entire process is guaranteed (30 days `no cure, no pay´); if the assignment is terminated after 1,700 hours (by you or by the staff member), you will receive a € 3,000 refund.

What else you can expect

  • If desired, we can provide specific training.
  • We give you a realistic picture of the employee with objective evaluations.

Freelancers

Many of the experienced technical professionals in Belgium work as freelancers. We connect your company with these ambitious, independent freelancers to carry out challenging projects. In doing so, we take all your worries off your hands.

When do you choose this solution?

With a freelancer via Dosign, you obtain knowledge and capacity in a flexible way. Moreover, we ensure that all legal and fiscal obligations are met. Think of copy registration in the trade register, proof design VAT, conformity certificate concerning social security obligations or proof of registration with social security for self-employed and a certificate of civil liability insurance. Because Dosign act as a contract partner, all these items are arranged and checked for you.
